Clay – Pro Construction Inc. provided preconstruction and general contracting services for this 92 room, four-story hotel in Medford, Oregon. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, continental breakfast buffet, coffee bar, food prep area, business office and guest laundry facility. This project also includes all site-work, landscaping and an irrigation system. Opened June 2021.
