Clay – Pro Construction Inc. provided preconstruction and general contracting services for this ground up 92 room, four-story hotel located in McPherson, Kansas. Amenities of this extended stay hotel include a fitness center, continental breakfast buffet, coffee bar, food prep area, and guest laundry facility. This project also includes all site-work, landscaping, and an irrigation system. Opened November 2023.
